Please complete the entry form below, and include the items of music you will be playing in your full 30 minute programme (there do not have to be as many as 8 items, but you should choose your programme to be as varied as possible, and demonstrate a range of skills). Then select from your full programme the items you will be playing in the first round which should total 15 minutes, then a different selection of items totalling 15 minutes for the second round, and a further selection totalling 20 minutes which you would play in the semi-final. If you reach the final, you will play your full 30 minute programme.
Having filled out and sent (press 'OK') the form above, please send by post the following items:
1. A CV setting out as fully as possible your educational history to date, any performances you have given, and anything else that is relevant. If you reach the final, this will be used to write your CV in the Concert Programme.
2. A cheque for £25 for your entry fee, payable to Bromsgrove Festival Ltd.
3. A brief report from your music teacher concerning your present standard.
